Designed by Alex Joncas. The Ra Wall plays with contrasts, shadows and reflections to interact with its environment. Its disc, like an eclipse, hides part of the light while capturing and reflecting the nuances of the room. Its rounded glass, combined with the integrated LEDs, diffuses a light that is both bright and soft on the wall, creating a subtly enveloping ambience. Originally designed in neon, often seen as the intense lighting associated with shop windows and illuminated signs at night, Darmes has reinvented this object by giving it a noble, sophisticated aesthetic. Ra Wall has become a real masterpiece of warm, luxurious lighting. Its LED tubes, encapsulated in hand-curved glass, produce a warm, enveloping light, with a colour temperature adjustable between 2700K and 4000K, and an intensity of up to 1900 lumens. This hypnotic luminosity, characteristic of the Ra collection, fascinates and sublimates the space with its bewitching aura. The Ra Wall design won an Archiproducts Design Award for excellence in design and innovation.
